Zusammenfassung

Eine an einer "Invasion" in Nürnberg (Bayern) beteiligte Mückenfledennaus (Pipistrellus pygmaeus; 9 immat.) erhielt Ende August 2005 die UA-Klammer MUS BONN M 25482. Dieses Tier wurde mit Reproduktionsanzeichen Anlang Juli 2008 auf einem Schulhof in Walda (Sachsen) wiedergefunden. Der Wiederfundort ist 276 km in Richtung NE vom Beringungsort entfernt. Damit liegt ein weiterer wichtiger Hinweis dafür vor, daß P. pygmaeus zumindest teilweise zu den fernwandemden Fledermausarten zu rechnen ist.

Long-distance migration of a Soprano pipistrelle (Pipistrellus pygmaeus) from Saxony

A female Soprano pipistrelle (Pipistrelluspygmaeus) was recaptured on a schoolyard in Walda (Saxony) at the beginning of July 2008. It was a banded individual from an invasion group of more than 200 bats (mostly common pipistrelles, P. pipistrellus) found at the end of August 2005 in Nürnberg, Bavaria (Museum Bonn M 25482). The place of recapture is located 276 km to Northeast of the location of banding. This is a further important information strengthening the assumption that Soprano pipistrelles arc to some extend long distance migrators.
