Zusammenfassung

Zwei Mausohr-Wochenstubengesellschaften, die sich im Schloss Großkmehlen und in der Kirche Ruhland aufhielten, verließen Ihre angestammten Quartiere, als dort Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Sie bezogen neue Quartiere, einerseits nach Teilung in der nahegelegenen Kirche Großkmehlen sowie in der 2,5 km davon entfernten Kirche Lindenau, andererseits in einem Wohnhaus in Ruhland. Die Entwicklung in den insgesamt 5 Quartieren ist tabellarisch über einen Zeitraum von 25 Jahren zusammen gestellt. Eine Rückkehr in die ursprünglichen Objekte fand nach deren Sanierung bisher nicht statt.

Abstract

25 years of monitoring greater mouse-eared bats (Myotis myotis) in South-Brandenburg

Two maternity colonies of greater mouse-eared bats (Myotis myotis) living in the Castle Großkmehlen in the church of Ruhland, left their traditional roosts after renovation work took place in those roosts. They used new roosts, one colony splitted up and used the nearby church in Lindenau as well as the church in Großkmehlen. The other colony settled down in a private house in Ruhland. The development of altogether 5 roosts is documented over a time period of 25 years in form of tables. The colonies did not return to the previous roosts after the completion of renovation work.
